  1. My youngest son and his girlfriend flew in from Florida to spend 2 days in Puerto Rico and rented Pelican-Pass to celebrate his and my older son’s birthday weekend with the family, since we live here in Puerto Rico. I live here in Puerto Rico and had always gone to the East coast of the island, and I must say Rincon and the West side of the island is just gorgeous! We celebrated their birthdays and our family just had the most wonderful time! They went surfing and snorkeling, and to top it off the 2nd day we saw dolphins jumping in the ocean! The beach is just beautiful, and the neighborhood is very tranquil! The house was spectacular! We plan to return!

  2. My wife and I and 3 year old just returned from pelican pass about a week and half ago.We stayed at the villa for 5 days and must say it was everything we thought it would be. Except one thing the pictures do not do this place justice. My wife and I have been going to rincon for about ten years now and stayed in several different places. We walked past pelican pass all the time and said that is a beautiful home, and finally decided to stay there this time. Well I can tell you that this is our go to place in rincon from now on. The house is large, clean, well maintained, and nicely furnished.Above all location location location. Family and friends that came to visit while we were there told us it feels like your home. The grounds are gated and private.I would just like to say thank you to kathy and bud for having a place like this to rent.We had the opportunity to meet bud as we were leaving and if we are ever there at the same time being that it is I & II now ,a round of golf and some medalla”s on me. Gladys and Hector the grounds keepers were also very nice and accomodating. Toes in the water @%s in the sand. (Zac Brown Band)

  3. We just spent 8 wonderful days at Pelican Pass, Villa I, with 2 of our adult children and their partners. It was wonderful! Pics don’t do it justice – the beach is right outside the patio gate. Great privacy with 3 bedrooms each with their own bath, and great shared space with a large eating area and table for shared meals, games, etc. Nice outdoor table too – and plenty of patio seating/reclining. Kitchen has full sized fridge, and small fridge for beverages. Plenty of linens, towels, dishes, and washer/dryer. We cooked almost every meal in, and enjoyed sunsets, and just watching and playing in the waves. Loved listening to the surf at night, walking on the beach under the stars, walking on the beach in the sun! Wonderful space, well-furnished and cared for. Thank you for sharing your wonderful piece of heaven on earth.

  4. Wanted to take a moment from playing the post vacation catch up game to comment on the great visit we had to Rincon made even better by our accommodations at Pelican Pass. We had six adults–three couples–and we made full use of the house. Each bedroom having an en suite bath was luxurious, we prepared several meals using the fish our anglers caught locally and dined in complete comfort. We all agree we miss the rhythm of the surf and the beautiful views from every window. Gracias!
